Studio Eighteen houses designers, writers, and makers in a converted industrial building, fostering collaboration while providing individual workspace. The space needed wayfinding and environmental graphics that would feel both functional and inspiring, supporting the creative community while maintaining professional standards. Our solution uses modular typography that can be easily updated as tenants change, while maintaining consistent brand presence throughout the building. The graphics incorporate both English and Chinese text, reflecting the diverse international community that uses the space.
